Dear John 3rd
If you look at the picture one of the main gun of Yahagi class CL is RS position. Is it WAD or we need to make a correction.

You are playing RA so I shall look at the files. Headed for bed presently so I'll tackle this tomorrow.
Thanks for catching it...

You were RIGHT on this one Sir! The is a similar error in Between the Storms as well as RA. It is not in Treaty but the other two have now been changed and I shall update the Mods on the Website within a few minutes.

I just found this in my RA PBEM game and what brought it to my attention was the trying to disband the P-40 edition of the 35th FG.
I believe the screen message was to the effect that I couldn't disband as there were other fragments... Which you can see the unit OOB is not lit up.
Only after manually searching the fighter groups did I find this... but they are separate unit identities.
Just asking - not complaining, how do I fix this? I do not recall reactivating either unit, but who knows what I did???

They both have different slot numbers, 4316 and 4317. Both under different HQ's. Should be able to disband or withdraw. Doesn't indicate any other parts as the OOB button is greyed out. I would pull out the pilots first when you withdraw. Would like to see a screen shot of the message you get Also, which version of RA? I have most of them and can take a look....GP

You didn't do anything. They are completely unrelated. One is not a fragment of the other.
What happened is ... in the original Airgroup definitions:
(4316) 31st PG/HqS does a 'Rename' to 35th PG/HqS on 420115, and then another to 35th FG/HqS on 420515.
(4317) 35th PG/HqS does a 'Rename' to 35th FG/HqS on 420515.
So you have 2 units with the same name but who are totally unrelated. Think it was a just typo on the part of the original Air OOB folks. To 'fix' it, just edit the renames for the 31st, and change 35th to 31st. That should save confusion.
Whatever problem you are having is not related to this. The units are unrelated, each with no pointers to anywhere else. The only similarity is in the 'Name' field.
Hope this helps. JWE

GP - our RA version is 7.0 (1123X9) I'm waiting for a turn from LarryF and I will try disbanding the unit again.
I had replaced the pilots with rookies so no great harm if they are lost.
Missing what the message said was my fault - I keep the delay to .1 so if I hit the escape key it runs pretty fast by them all.
I usually get the same info from reading the Ops Report.

Symon,
Thanks for the answer, I'll leave the editing to experts like yourself and others [&o]
These units aren't going to win the war for me anyway. I'll simply disband both units and be done with it. (unless you know of a reason not to do that...)[:)]
Thanks for your time!
