How do you insert an image in an ongoing AAR, after the first ? Don`t see anyway to upload by browsing ? Please be specific, I`m Dumb....[&:]

Like this:

Lower left corner of reply or quote screen. Click box to "Embed picture in post". Click on "Click here to upload" and browse to find the jpeg you want to attach.

If what you are asking is
"How do I add a second picture to an existing post" the answer is you don't. Only one picture per post. Multiple pictures require multiple posts.

None over 500k. You can put multiples together with GIMP or Photoshop as long as the total is less than 500k.

The limit in AARs is actually 1000K, I think.

Another option is to use a site like Imgur or Photobucket to upload your picutres and copy/paste the url into the "image" tags.
