Steam Key Error

I just registered my game at the Slitherine site. Tried to redeem for a Steam Key and got Error 460 Game Does not Exist. My Command Serial shows on my registered games page with it's correct serial. Could you advise as to possible help. Really HATE the Slitherine site, just saying.
