What's the meaning of "Vehicle/Component Dispersal Radius" ?

Hello everyone:

I see "Vehicle/Component Dispersal Radius" in the database of facility. I want to know what's the meaning of this? I do not understand. Does this mean Kill Radius?[&:]

Its the distance between the individual mounts/vehicles in the unit.

Thank you~~~ I understand it now. Also I want to ask if I want to translate this game to Chinese, will it be allowed? We will do it for free. There are a lot of chinese players want to play this game too, but english is a big problem for them.

Centerline Boom refers to the Boom refueling system used by the USAF among others, where a tanker plane connect to a plane with a long "flying" boom.
This system is different from the Hose and Drogue system, uses by the US Navy among others, where the tanker trails a hose with a drogue at the end. The plane needing the fuel then flies it´s probe into the drogue, and refuels that way.

The two systems are not mutually compatible, so it´s important to use the right tankers to the right aircraft.

Don't many of the big KC aircraft have a center boom and drogue's ... I believe so... Need to look this up....
