1.215 Ground Support CAP Bug

I found a bug in the 1.215 Ground Support CAP phase. In my attached saved game you'll find a whole slew of German fighters available to provide Ground Support CAP to the hex across the Rhine being attacked by a paratroop corp along with one hex of ground units. Not a single German fighter can provide GS CAP on the western front. On the eastern front the German fighters have no problem flying GS CAP.
The bug is caused by the paratroop unit in the attack. Not a big problem since I could fly German fighters escorting a German bomber in the Ground Support subphase which is what I did. My Market Garden assault did prevail thankfully.
