Will getting a/c replacements work correctly by using the various LCU supply convoys that bring in land devices? I assume they will appear only after the supply convoy LCU disbands like all the other devices in that convoy unit?

In the editor for the stock scenarios there are a few convoys set up with aircraft, so I would assume that it works the same as the land devices in them.

As towtow59 said above, there are a few convoys that show up with aircraft on board. The first one shows up in the first quarter of 42. P40E's. Went it disbands, you get the planes in your pool. Also, don't forget aircraft management. Very important early on. I control my replacements and upgrades very carefully. I set replacements and upgrades to manual and only release replacement A/C and/or upgrade when necessary....GP

I didn't notice any of the convoys having a/c in them (scen#1) but will take a 2nd look

I see them now - they're in the special reinforcement units for if US/OZ/India are invaded. That's why I didn't see them
