I have always loved the lines of some warships

The Bismarck, the King George V and the Iowa class were beautiful ships.

I also had a deep love for the USS Enterprise CV-6 as a boy. When I was eight my Dad gave me a copy of The Big E by Stafford that I still have.

I'm going with the Battleship Pennsylvania. The image of the old super dreadnought leading the way in the Phillipines is a classic.

Great pic of the Pennsylvania! I use that one as one of my screensavers

I always liked the looks of the HMS Hood, despite its infamous fate it was a fine looking ship ... and the German cruiser Prinz Eugen looks good too, just like a "mini Bismark" (apparently this resemblance was intentional).

The Uss Lincon by far is my favorite war ship out there.

My cousin is stationed onboard the Lincon at the moment.

From WW I, i was always a little partial to HMS Princess Royal. I just thought it was a cool name for a warship when I was 7.

Here are a few more pictures taken aboard the USS Lincon, now these pictures have been taken in the last six months as well as the ones from the previous post.
