Looks great, is there a way of making it run in a window rather than full screen?

Yes just go to advanced options and select the fullscreen/windowed option.

Yes, I did that, has no effect. Sorry should have said I'd already tried that

Note the default windowed mode is fullscreen (visually the same as fullscreen mode, just running windowed for better ALT+TAB compatibility etc). Try changing the rez too.
