While watching the history channel today they mentioned Japanese paratroopers. I found them on Wiki (sorry I can't post links).

I looked in editor and found the units under Scenario (4429, 4430, 4431). But I couldn't find whether they are actually used as paratroopers in the game. I might not have looked in the right place. Does anyone know if they are used as paratroopers?

Andy Mac uses them in his Nasty mods. Some others do as well. don't recall if they show up in stock as I haven't played stock in years....GP

Stock game, Scenario 001, at 12/07/41 there are 3 paratroopers infantry:
- 1st Raiding Sentai, IJArmy, Southern Army HQ (Kagoshima, Japan);
- Yokosuka 1st SNLF, IJNavy, Combined Fleet HQ (Kagi, Formosa);
- Yokosuka 3rd SNLF, IJNavy, Combined Fleet HQ (Kagi, Formosa).
And in 30 days, the 2nd Raiding Sentai arrives at Kagoshima. More comes later.

PS. Under the Beta Patch, you can see it in LCU list as INFp.

Another reason to use the unit and unit patches art updates.

It really helps identifying unit types.[;)]
