Wondering about if the Pearl Harbor attack code can mess a game starting in June.

My understanding from a couple of conversations with michaelm is that dec 7, 41 is the earliest a game can start. I asked michaelm this question because I was interested in making a Global scenario starting in sept 1, 39, using this game....GP
