I'm in the late game - era III - and I'm unable to delete items from the production queue. I have 2 items in the queue and I want to delete the first, but cannot. Double clicking does not work on either item. This is happening in more than 1 city - 3 I believe. Unfortunately, the first item in each case is the convert to money option.
As an aside, would it be possible to add a function to be able to move things up and down the queue by using up/down arrows ?
