Support site problem

I can not get my password from the support site, you erased all the cookies and now what I thought was my password doesn't work when I use the retrieve password function nothing happens it says it sent it but I never get it.

Ok after about 8 tries it finally sent it. You have some kind of internal problem it kept saying it had a problem and not doing anything.

Sorry there. It must have been a hickup. It seems to work as intended again with my test just now.
