Link broken?

Had an Email from someone visiting my Pacwar site saying Matrix's site for download wasnt working.
I checked, clicking on 3.0 full doenload and 3.1 update both give a DNS page not found error..
Someone break link while updating page?

Hmmm - for me it's working now
maybe the server was a little overstressed ?

Sometimes it's working and sometimes not - now I get an error message : 530 sorry - no ANONYMOUS Access allowed

It's not working for me today either, I need the 3.1 update. Is there a mirror anywhere?

I got the 3.1 update from Pasternaki's post in the other thread, but I can't download the main game itself (3.0) from Matrix's download page. I reported the broken link. Any suggestions?
I did buy and play PacWar lo those many years ago. Has it really been ten years? As I recall, I never was able to handle a whole campaign. I had my hands full with the tutorial scenario, as I recall.
