Orzel is the friendly German Army...come to liberate the French people from the yoke of the absurd government policies of the French Republic...which is no more than a puppet to the war-monger Churchill.
Don't resist Frenchie...we don't want to have to restort to violence.

Here Frenchie, Frenchie, Frenchie...

now where the hell is that French Commander hiding?!?!?
How rude...he invites me to a battle then makes me wait days on end for the files...and now this!

Maybe he's having second thoughts?
I know...I'll put out a rabbit trap...but instead of a carrot I'll put a glass of wine and a crossiant!
Here Frenchie, Frenchie, Frenchie....
lol

Mon Dieu!
Airborne Assault!!! We forgot to put a roof over ze Maginot line!!! Ach!!!
hehehe, it's not that bad though... 2-3 squads of your paratroopers are dispersed, one surrendered i think hehehe tsk tsk
A bunch of other casualties for both sides but 90% yours
I hope I hit something with my artillery barrage... I don't want to think that I wasted around 100 shells to my front when ?all you have is paratroopers?
Anyways, your turn
BTW I didn't know you can load PzIIIs onto gliders... something for me to think about next time I play the Germans hehehe

Ok...

The airdrop would have been far more successful had many of my units landed where I had intended...instead of in the middle of the woods or the wrong side of them. Such are the fortunes of war.
Oh well, when served lemons...make lemonade.
Forward Fathers and Sons of the Fatherland!!!
Your specialized troops

Not much action this turn... there seems to be a... Fog of war drifting all across the Maginot line... eerie...
Most of my forts can't see a **** thing in all the smoke...
One of your halftracks down south has been destroyed... and your troops suffer a few miscellaneous casualties...Where are your big guns??
Plus, all your troops are specialized, like custom weapons and everything, how did you do that??
All this is making low French morale even lower by the turn... only the Legionnaires are standing tough (cuz they're not French)

hehehehehe
Your Turn
Vetkin...

what version of SPWAW are you using? SPWAW 7.0? 7.1? H2H?
I'm using 7.1 upgrade to H2H...so if you are using something else it would explain the issues you are seeing.
If this is indeed the case...I apologize, since I was under the impression that you were looking for an H2H pbem?

Quick suggestion: Download H2H, make a separate install (7.1+H2H) and pick up the game where you left off.

Considering I don't know the exact changes to mech.exe, I can't say that for sure. But I figured since *one* of the parts are already playing H2H, unzipping the save .zip into the new H2H install, I think it at least will play along.

With the right OOBs and such.
Then again, it's a QWAG on my part

I say download H2H..
