We can´t repair oil

Hi! We can´t repair damage oil. In fact they appeared in incorrect production forms of many countries. You can see in the picture for Germany but is the same for other powers.

This is a bug, I'm afraid (construction Engineers is OFF).

Yes, the engineers is off. These oil were captured and damaged by the partisans but after destroy them were recaptured by turkish axis troops. Happens the same for an arabian damaged oil liberated for USA and for the NEI damaged oil after liberate them by CW. [:(]

Patience is a virtue... It's on the fix list, but Netplay is first at the moment...
