Crash Dump, download game with box buy

I downloaded game, tried too troubleshoot. Game will not start all
Did you run the directX installer that was prompted for during install? You should always allow it to run everything it asks for.
From the crash log there is obviously something wrong in the directx (sound) area.
If rerunning the installer (with its directx setup stuff) does not help, maybe try to google around "reinstall dierectx" or something like that?
