I can honestly say I love everything about Distant Worlds, the scale, the races. It's so BIG, so ...overwhelming and the fantastic mods for the game makes it even bigger, but then there's the migration system, it's so ...limited.
I mean, what if I want to enslave all Amphibian, but not the other racial families? Or just exterminate the Lipis(icky parasites...) and no one else?

Can some body make this? Or tell me how to?

Its not possible with existing modding capabilities. This part of game is not open for modding and current race specific migration is not possible. You can ask this from game devs in request thread , they may change that.
