Can't place French Territorial

Situation is Nov-Dec 43 French reinforcement to be set up - it is a Territorial for Algeria and a UK unit occupies the capitol. I can't find a hex to place it in and cannot continue the game without placing the unit.

Also, are you using Off-city reinforcements?
It would be nice if you could post a saved game, please.

I am running the latest beta version from the site 1.2.2.8 and off city reinforcement is on. Algiers is occupied by a UK HQ and surrounded by US units trying to push the Italians out of north Africa.
If you could explain how to attach a game save to the forums I will post it, gif/txt/jpg/zip are supported but the save file is a .GAM and won't upload. Do I ahve to compress/zip the file?

It's a bug allright. You should be able to place the TERR in an adjacent hex of Algiers or Oran...
