i am having problems trying to edit my aar posts (all posts in general) in the matrix's forum

is that being disabled? or is it only i?

OK, glad it was not just me. I tried to edit a post yesterday several times in the BASPM forum, and got page not found errors every time. I gave up and wrote a new one.

It's not just you. It's a consequence of the recent spam attacks. Not sure how or why it is affecting members but it is and has been like it for a couple of days.

It's only happened to me when the original post had some sort of failure, like you tried to post a pic and it didn't take, so you'd try and edit it back in. Nothing you try to do with that post will work.

This is a teeest. I'll correct the spelling in the edit.

Ah, but notice that during my edit attempt I was able to attach a file to the original post, but the text changes did not take.

I'm not seeing it. I have the ability to edit everyone's posts, but that's probably a Moderator thing.

I know one of Matrix's programmers were working on the issues. Have people seen any improvement on the time between multiple posts thing?

No, I still have to sit there watching my analog clock's second hand going round till it reaches 1:05 minutes from my last post.

And that previous one, BTW, also worked to edit the post!!

hear that. sometimes I wish that my box had alcohol breathalyzer tech, that would lock me out from posting or sending email. or even an auto-hold function that won't release my scrivenings 'til I confirm them 24 hours later. also a spell-check that prevents me from referring to Alfred as Albert.
