Global War, Solitaire, V.1.2.1.5, All Optional Rules ON:

An out of supply SUB with a Movement Allowance of 4 can be moved from Triopli (Libya) to Seabox Section 2 of the Cape St. Vincent seazone. Shouldn't it be restricted to the Seabox Section 1 for having its Movement Allowance reduced to 3 by being out of supply?

Well, it seems these should be fixed in V.1.2.3.2.

Changes Made:

January 1, 2015 - During the Ground Support subphase Attacker Fly to Target, enabled the phasing side to send fighters to land combat hexes within their full range even if there are no bombers designated to fly to the hex. This effectively lets the phasing side fly CAP missions, without creating a new subphase expressly for that purpose. The WIF FE rules are somewhat unclear about whether this is permitted, so this change was made based on a consensus of the beta testers. Note that this affects all modes of play.
