Secondary Explosions with Unobserved Arty Fires

Don't know if this was supposed to go away in 2.0.x. I thought I remembered see that is was in a thread some time ago.
Anyways, I am seeing arty impacting one hexes with no enemy counters and secondary explosions. These were FSCC directed counterbattery missions.

Jeff, I'll check with the crew tonight and see what we did. I know we fixed a number of FoW items related to units on the map to not give away certain information at the wrong time. Mines and arty may still be "seen". We want to revamp this more in 2.1 and give the players options to get soft intel on these things.
