1.9.5.9 Crash after game loads

The crash also happened in 1.9.5.8.
I'm using two mods, extended universe and AI Improvement.
Last thing I was doing before the crash:
* disbanding ground forces
* Attacking still building pirate bases
* The other usual stuff
