Is there a chance to get the game as a digital download and order just the printed manual separately?
I just want the printed manual without the DVD.

There will be the usual options for sale:

1. Download only (with PDF manuals)
2. Physical copy (with hardbound full color printed manual - the DVD sleeve is in the manual) + free Download copy (with PDF manuals)

As the DVD sleeve is in the manual, we can't really separate it out, but the price if we were selling the manual separately + download would be the same as option #2 due to the vast majority of the printing cost being the manual itself.

Just thought there will be something like 'World in Flames Map Pack' were you will be able to buy the manual separately.
No problem I will take physical copy.

As we noted on the store page, we're expecting physical copies to start shipping around December 17th. We do have two warehouses, one in the US and one in Europe so while it will depend mostly on the shipping option you chose, shipping times to the UK should be quite reasonable.
