Some minor (possible) bugs?

Alas with the save of the game we moved on but:

1- Japan DoW CW, and Burma had notionals defending not at 0 in any coastal hex (Burma was in regular supply via convoy; but Notionals should have been non existant due to Surprise except for Rangoon)! Also about Philipines (USA DoWed Japan here!) hexes above 4 distance from Manila had notional (No convoy pipeline getting there).

2- Out of Supply fighters able to intercept! (That came out of the blue and happened once, we solved with a reloading and they kept grounded though! Still it should not give the option ever.)

3- France unit (France surrendered; thus partial conquest?) eliminated when Out of Supply, should not be eliminated from the game? Or that counts as a new "Free France Unit" and thus remains ingame? (I am unsure of the rule here!)

On 1: depends on the situation. Where were the Japanese invasion forces (in what sea box)? A saved game would help.

On 2: I don't understand you. What's : kept grounded though? Does this means that in the restored game the FTR's were not capable to intercept? Or were they able to intercept in that game too. If so, we need a saved game for this.

On 3: If France surrenders, it does so in the conquest phase. Doing conquest, units are not destroyed, but removed from the map and put in the conquest pool or removed pool from the game:

Here is RAW on conquest:

Remove from the game all the conquered home county’s land and
aircraft units that are in the conquered home country. Remove from
the game all of its land and aircraft units not on the map.

And on liberation:

Return half of the liberated country’s units not currently in the game
(by type, rounding fractions up) to its force pools (except France’s if
Vichy was installed).

If France surrenders, Free France or Vichy isn't created. France stays on the map, but all units which were removed in France during conquest should not reappear in the French force pools before France is liberated.

If an out of supply unit is destroyed later (with France being incompletely conquered), this unit should be removed from the game. However it might be eligible to return after the liberation of France...

1 - sounds like a bug for Burma, but for Philippines, no problem if more than 4 hexes unless on an island, notionals can trace supply an unlimited distance overland and US was not surprised

2 - bug (freak occurrence ugly kind, probably an odd number of legs and eyes)

3 - should be removed from game, France was incompletely conquered

Alas I do not have the save of the game.

The Naval Unit for Burma invasion was in the 3 Sea Box. I do not remember the weather though; if the sea was not smooth is there a penalty?

About the French unit, yes it was in a subsequent turn from Surrender of France. A French corp in Morocco was holding it from Italians (which were trying to conquer it before a Vichy'zation) - and got wiped out later once the supply lane was cut.
It got in the Force Pool of France which promptly rebuilt it (via USA BPs lent - yes a French corp sat in Morocco for about a year!)

If the weather was Rain then a unit invading from the 3-box causes a notional to gain a +1.

The program is handling the French unit in Morocco correctly. Only the French units in France get removed from the game. This is similar to Danish naval units in the United Kingdom staying on the map when Denmark is conquered.

[It is just unusual for land and air units to be outside their home country when the conquest occurs.]

How about placing the Polish division on the Polish SCS and having it flee to the United Kingdom on the second impulse? - Yeah, Germany would probably stop that from happening.[;)]
