I've been checking the members page to try to register my War in the West but I haven't seen it listed yet.
Any idea when it will be listed to the games can be registered?
Thanks

It should be there already - we had it all setup in the Members Club this morning. I will go double-check now.

I see it there in the list under "Gary Grigsby's War in the West", can you please take a look again?

No I still do not see it and I even tried both IE and Mozilla. As when I bought the game there was a snafu with the order page and I had to replace my order (which somehow sent me two games - which I'm trying to rectify) I really would like to be able to register the one version I did install.

That is only a list of games with downloads available in the Members Club. To see the games you can Register, click on the "Register Your Game" link in the top right and choose "Gary Grigsby's War in the West" from the drop down list.

Please help I am having problems ever since this morning.
1. I first bought this game on the web site and it had the physical copy and download for $79. I bought it, and downloaded it. THEN I got an email from a Joe Miller (I can forward it to you if requested). Stating there had been an error on their web site and that it was only a download version and asked me to reorder and they said they'd refund the original order.
2. I then tried to reorder and ordered my game. THEN when I was downloading the version I installed AND TRIED UNSUCCESSFULY to just register, I received TWO order confirmation emails with two different order numbers and serial numbers.
3. When I try to register the serial number for my order I downloaded and installed on my laptop (Order #82824684) it is saying the serial number has already been registered.
Seeing that this is the ONLY executable I downloaded that is the only serial number I can use and I really would like to be able to get updates (especially since it seems I paid about $271 just for ONE $96 game).

When I look at "my games" on the members section it shows I have THREE War in the West games.
Please help since I have not registered ANY of them and the serial number for the game that I downloaded and installed is saying it has already been registered.

Okay when I looked at the "My Registered Serial Numbers" it shows the three versions of WITW with serial numbers but I have never been able to register a single one and the serial number for the version I am trying to registered is correct.
Please help somehow.

Hi Dereck,
Don't worry, we will take care of you.
First, if you were one of those who Joe contacted, he will make sure that initial order was refunded. If you accidentally ordered two new orders, please also let Joe know and he can make sure one of those is refunded.
Second, if you are logged in when you order, your copy is automatically registered. If you see those orders already registered to your account, then that's why and you are all set.
Joe will be online again first thing tomorrow, so hang in there and he can get it all sorted out for you.
Regards,
- Erik
