As the Russian player, I launched an attack with the Baltic Sea Battleships against Central Powers merchant vessels in the Baltic Shipping Zone in late August, 1914.
In the following battle, 7 Central Powers merchant vesselts sunk.
But I was surprised about the fact, that all other merchant vessels changed from Central Powers to Eastern Entente. A very lucrative prey for Eastern Entente.
Is this a bug or correct?

I figured you would not get a reply. The reason is because no one friggin' knows. And if you get a reply it would something in the form of.., "I think it is this.., but.., it could be this.., or this..., "

Just chalk this purchase up to a mistake and move on.
