WitW vs WitE

I have WitE and have had it since it was released. I'm pretty comfortable playing it. How does WitW differ from WitE? Will I be able to pick it up pretty quickly? I know that the air war is vastly different, but how about movement and combat?

Thanks for any insight!

Combat is about the same.
Movement is the same - HQBU's

The air system is amazing and going by 2by3 track record will only get better.
It took me a while to get a handle on it, but once I did it is smooth and a huge improvement over WitE.

I've bought almost every Grigsby game, and I always say no more! But I'm being seduced by the "Dark Side", again?

The air game is the biggest change, and you will have to care about your depots (but that's not hard, just something to add to think about). The tutorial videos and player's handbook should help you pick up the air game, but you can delay investing a lot of time in it at first and let the AI do a lot of it. Of course you will eventually want to do more yourself. The basics of movement and combat are 90%+ the same as WitE so you will have no trouble with that.

I only play the Good Guys ( Germany [8D] ) so if you jump in I be more then willing to help you beat the Evil Hordes from Mordor (Western Allies).

Depending on my Christmas bonus, I may buy also. Hope I don't get enrolled in the jelly of the month club instead
