Why do I have a -33 Other Loss VPs at the beginning of Turn 2? Playing Allies in 43-45 campaign.

I believe OTHER LOSS is non-US allied forces.

Turn 2 will see the VP cost to the Allies for the initial losses that are used to generate a steady stream of replacements into the system. So the scenario starts with about 40,000 men as casualties that are slowly recovered or lost permanently. So you will have US and non-US (or OTHER) casualties that are then evaluated as negative VPs.

Use American forces to attack whenever you can. 1000 US casualties are worth 1, and 600 Non-US are worth 1 VP. It must be because the Non-US forces are on the metric system 6/10. [;)]
