pilot fatigue not clearing properly?

Looks like something not working right in the logic to clear pilot fatigue at for bottom groups. This and other display I will post show the fatigue not going down for last groups? Is this normal? The bases in question are around 92% of needed air support personal. Even so, would expect that reduction potential would be spread across all pilots? Some pilots just don't get to rest? [:(]

ALSO .. very odd they have not flown any missions yet have fatigue?

Are they newly assigned pilots? They arrive with fatigue.

No. As I mentioned, they had the same fatigue in same group turn before. Unless they were automatically added turn before, but I don't think so.

With 99% probability these are newly arrived pilots.

ok, will keep an eye next turns on the pilot id for fatigue. thanks
