Until we get this sorted out please try the following to get your PBEM++ to login.

1. Delete your LoginID and password from the login dialog box.
2. Exit PBEM++ to Main Menu.
3. Restart PBEM++ and fill in login ID and password again.

NEW: If you are still blocked from loading a turn, look in the Saved games folder and delete any file with a similar name to the game you are loading up. Try to login and load your game. With any luck it should now load.

This should get you in and playing. You may have to repeat this every time you want to log in. We are sorry for this error and we will be looking for a resolution over the holidays.

We are actively looking for a solution to this issue for the 2.09 update.

Hi,

Just wanted to state that when trying to do a PBEM++ with the new reforged scenarios, I am to start but when I finish the turn, the game gives the dialogue box with the send command but when sending it appears not to work.
Afterwards when I go to exit the move, the game will ask me to save, which i did but then a dialogue box appears again with the send command. Game is updated and my other game using an older scenario went through with stating that the next move is your opponent.

What OS? Steam or Matrix version? Was it working before adding Reforged?

The OS is win 7 and it was working before reforge, and still working with FPG. The game came from Matrix.

I checked it again and there was an error message about uploading the turn but it disappeared instantly as I closed the turn.

We have you a few other having this bug with the turn not posting. We will be working on this. Right now we are sorting out a number of very odd bugs (some that are OS/AV/Steam intertwined), but we want to fix this too. We are peeling this onion one layer at a time.
