Game stops working after about 15 minutes of play

Hey, I updated my game to the newest version, scaled down the graphics, and did everything i could think of. The game closes and says its stopped working to no avail only after a little bit of game play, what do i do? I am starting to feel really stupid for paying 80 dollars...

You'll likely be asked to post your DxDiag file here. If you know how to do that you can get a jump on the tech guys. They'll want to know more information about your setup.

Yeah I dont know how to do that but I also submitted a ticket so maybe they will give me instructions!

if you're using windows xp or 7, and possibly 8
you can press the start button, and in the search box type dxdiag... when it's through you should have the option to save a text file.
Save it to your desktop, open it, cntr-a to select all, cntr-c to copy and then reply in this thread with cntrl-v to paste.

Got it and just sent it to them on my support ticket! Thanks so much! Hoping to figure out a solution soon...
