What do the numbers in orange mean on the right of the picture. E.g. 0+0%.

Damage or any other effect. Header is missing on the Air Superiority AD summary as it just supports the main strikes.

OK! but someone's going to have to explain the concept of damage+effect?

In each case it is either damage or effect. Ex. recon mission has effect of hex recon value to be displayed. In case of AF bomb it reports initial damage + damage applied by the strike. It is done so, because AF are repaired between air execution days (maintenance phase). We planning to have better AF FOW system in the future, so damage won't show up as precise.

Yes I'd worked out you can't damage a recon, interdict etc, what I didn't get is the two numbers. Got it now, so the first figure will always be larger than any second figure when indicating damage. E.g. 40+10%. If there is on one figure for damage, say a port at 50%, then it wasn't repaired.

iirc, this is only AF damage which displays damage prior the attack + applied damage.
