I did the Hotfix last night successfully. Today I attempted the 1.08 new patch through the auto-update and continued to get an error every time. I then downloaded the 1.08 patch and updated manually without incident. I then tried auto-update just to see what would happen and received the same error message saying to contact Matrix. Just FYI.

Thanks for letting us know, not sure why that happened but will investigate. Do you remember the exact error you got? Do you have anti-virus/security software like McAfee installed that could interfere with the automatic update client?
