I assume I need to transfer some of my amphib HQs to England to support Overlord. How is that operation done?
I am in March of 44 and I yet to be able to figure out how to get amphib HQs to England. j

Move them to the far east edge of the Mediterranean (by Gibraltar). Next turn they will appear off of the East coast of England. Same holds for land units. Load them on ships, move to east edge and then they show up in England the next turn.

edit, everything should say "west", not "east" in above. At least I mentioned Gibraltar to help point the way.

naval mode move amphibs over to left edge of map where it says shipping to England. any hex on the left edge in the med will transfer them to the England area the next turn.
