All nationalist Chines cites are conquered and in the reinforcement phase Ive got the 1st Chinese Cav (nationalist) but as there are no available city to place the unit in, so its not possible to continue the game.

I've attached a save game of this case.

There is 2 nationalist cities that Japan has yet to capture. You can place the cav in either of them and then advance the game.

In the attached picture I placed the cav in Urumchi in NW China.
