The 15 model does not come out until the 3 month US delay is complete. I think that is November December time frame. The P38j comes out a month later.

I wasn't talking about not being able to upgrade groups to the 15 model (if that is what you were thinking). The actual 5 series factory stopped producing and did not change over to the 15 to build up stockpiles, even though august has now almost passed..

No P47s are being produced.. none..

Yeah, Im not sure how all of the production system works with the delays etc. but for several turns all that is active is p40 and p39. It may be supposed to be that way though.

No, that's not intended. Production should continue but upgrades become available only after the 3-month delay.
They should be listed as America (AM) nation aircraft below the US aircraft.

Check further down the list under AM. You should see it building P-47D-15 (upgraded from P-47D-5 factory off-map)

Also clicking on the P-47D-5 text should bring up a screen showing the upgrade path. Which shows P-47D-15 with the factories from earlier.

"facepalm".. I'll check as soon as I get the turn.. Do you know the rationale behind the differentiation US and AM? Export?

Not sure, but expect that the AM is stuff built for Allies as distinct from stuff used just by US.
Couldn't see anything specific in my notes, but a scenario designer should be able to.
