Enemy Intel TOO GOOD!

As I was happily perusing my bomb damage reports from 15th AF, yes, that's right, I said 15th AF, I saw that they had bombed several ports in England cooking up an invasion and damaged them. They must have had awful experience crew values, flying those axis planes, not speaking a lick of German to read the dials. I congratulate my opponent on his sneaky attack, but if I hadn't seen it in the 15th AF bomb damage, I may not have ever noticed it till too late, which would equate to no invasion. Bug?
