Air/CR issues in 1.08.01

I have been fooling around with T1 under the new patch (HTH with FOW on), and I have noticed a couple of odd things.

First, in a CR for an attack by the 58th ID (in AGN) up the Baltic Coast, I noticed that the air support included BF-110s. But the 110s that flew were from 13th LW (under AGC). I thought that air groups subordinate to one Army Group could not support ground attacks by other AGs. Is it possible that this was instead a separate intercept of the Soviet GS, and that it does not count as a GS mission?

Second, in another CR the only Soviet bombers that flew were ID'd as SB-2s, but in the casualty summary, the losses were ID'd as AR-2s. Is this FOW, or a minor bug?

{Edit}

Third, and this seems to be a genuine problem: My Air Doctrine settings for Ground Attack, City Attack and Airfield Attack seem to be locked -- I can adjust the others normally. Is there a reason for this or a way to unlock them? I have tried saving and reloading, and playing on a bit, all with no success.

I can change my doctrine settings for everything in the game I am playing. So it seems to be working for me in 8.01

if I recall you can only change these if you have no made no air moves at all in that turn?

Seems correct - I can change all the air settings before action. After air pew pew happens, I can only change the %flown on the very top.

Unless I am wrong - I have not touched it for the last 5 turns...
