Fog Effects

This may be in the too hard to do box, then again, maybe not.
One of the banes of my many weeks at Graf was fog. And this was localized ground for that would fill in the low areas. I've seen it start anytime between 1 hour after sunset and last until 1 hour after dawn. I've evperienced this also at Hohenfels, Wildflecken, and on REFORGERs.
So, this kind of fog would not blanket the whole map. It would be in lower elevations, not near builtup areas and near water. And you could see over it (e.g. two units at elev 2, with an elev 1 river valley in between. Minimal to no effect on LOS between those two units, but would affect LOS to units in the valley).
