If your looking for a movie to attend over the holidays and can only go to one, forget the LOR nerdy crap and see this instead.
For fans of history (and most of us one these boards are) then you will like this alot.
It is gory and has some bits of nudity so I wouldnt recommend bringing along the kids.

What about Leonard DiCaprio? Can you get past watching him? I love Scorcese, but I have reservations about Leonard.
PS. I'll see the Two Towers no matter what you say.
PPS. This is Hollywood, how accurately historic could it really be?

I'm not sure I can take Leonardo di Prettyboy. And does the fillum show the Irish taking over the Police Department of NYC?
Their power in the city began when they did that.

Just say the "History vs Hollywood" presentation on this last night on the History Channel. Apparently, history is pretty much as bad as they say it was.
Critics are saying nice things about DiCaprio, who hasn't been doping so well with some of his efforts lately.
Sounds like I'll have to watch this one.
