Minor questions still not clear for me. Please help me:
1. How can I send support units to the East Front Box?
2. Why cant I change the HQ of some German Air commands -(for example Jagdcorps 2 is locked to Luftflotte 3)?
3. Better to have more Corps HQ in the East Front Box or to disband them for manpower?
4. Is it better to disband unneeded VolksGrenDiv (to get more manpower to strengthen existing units) or to send the to the East?
5. Is the high air training losses problem fixed or can it be bypassed?
6. How deal with Allied Air Interdiction, other than bringing in more FlaK and JG for interception?
7. Some depleted units sit on Level 4 depots (Berlin for example) with refit on and nothing happens - what is wrong? I found a work around sending them east - refit some weeks and bring them back West, but there must be a better way and more AP saving way.
8. How to counter partisans? Are Security units better doing this?

9. What is better if you have one air commander with skill level 6 and one with 5.
Jagd-Korps 6
Luftflotte 5
or
Jagd-Korps 5
Luftflotte 6
to 7. - maybe it was my mistake 5 divs on refit where maybe too much...

Another one:
Are Werfer-Granaten 21 make any difference or are the external 2x20mm Guns (Bf109) better - because the guns also can bring down escort planes?
Does ist make sense to equip the FW with drop tank + 2 WGr21?

Please could someone give me some hints. Most important question for me is number 1. If the question ist too stupid or simple I am sorry, just bought the game and still learning.

You can't.

AFAIK, you can't change air command HQ attachments.
3. Better to have more Corps HQ in the East Front Box or to disband them for manpower?
You should keep the minimum number of corps HQs that are listed out on the EF screen. It may be worth disbanding the extra although you do get some small bonus for having extra HQs. Manpower will become short so I'd disband them over time if I had the APs available.
4. Is it better to disband unneeded VolksGrenDiv (to get more manpower to strengthen existing units) or to send the to the East?
I wouldn't disband combat units until you've disbanded other things first (HQs) and reduced airbases. At some point it will be worth disbanding weak units, especially those with little combat power and a lot of support.

Thx a lot Joel! I took a lot of SUs from the EFB in 43 and was desperately trying to send them back. For my next campaign I can keep that in mind.
Is there a reason why subaircommands such as Jagdkorps can't be reassigned to higher commands (Luftflotte)? Would be useful do assign both Jagdkorps to Luftflotte Reich for instance.
