Went to members section to dl .11b it showed game not registered.
When I went to register was informed that"key already used".
The"my games"section doesn't show that I own it
I thought the game was registered automatically.
Why can't a link to the patch be included in the forum?
Ageod just links the patch in their forum,this is a hassle

If you are receiving the message "Key already use", then it's because theg ame is already registred in another account.
In a quick check I have noticed that you have two accounts registered under the same email address.
Contact us at support[at]slitherine.co.uk, telling us which acount you want to use.

I repeat why can't there be a direct link to the update posted as an attachement.
I have had nothing but problems for YEARS!!!!dl from the members section{file can't be downloaded,and the infamous ftp
login window that does not work.

I bought it thru matrix and I also thought there was a unified setup between you all!

The unified doesn't permit to have more than one account of the same type. That could never be possible.
You can unify one Slitherine, one Matrix Members Club, one Matrix forum and one Wargamer account.
