I believe in learning through dying.
I am happy to play German as a newbie to learn the game, and will play a return game after that as allies.
Friendly game wanted.

Hi Matt.
I would like to volunteer as your opponent. [:)] I´m currently playing another MP game but its incredibly slow. Only 1 turn every 3-4 days. Just cleared Sicily in that game. Have played the AI up to late 44 though but consider myself very much a newbie. Played a lot of WitE back at release but only against the AI. If you want to references you can check out the AE AAR forum. Have played 3 PBEMs with one going the full distance to late 45.
Living in Sweden and should be able to do at least 1 turn per day.

Do I have to do a set up turn as German or do you set up and play the first turn?
Matt

Just checked the set up is the same as in WITE.
If you send me you're email I'll do the setup turn as Axis.

Just saw this post. Jocke and I played a game for several years into mid-45 in WITP AE and it was a blast. He's a great opponent and a good guy as well. Gives good tips on beer and Scotch too! [:)]
Hope this goes so I can read an AAR!!
