The Cape Road scenario. The South African Gripens arrive, locate the trawlers and keep circling until bingo. Switching to South Africa in the editor shows that the Gripens are Engaged Offensive, keep changing altitude, but never release any weapon (see included save).

Are you sure the units are within the weapon launch parameters e.g. altitude? Is there any cloud which may be preventing LGB's from being launched?

Yes, there is a cloud layer. However, this is the enemy (non-playable) side. The Gripens are on an ASuW Patrol (Naval) trying to sink the trawlers. They even constantly change altitude, but probably never descend below the cloud layer. I saw the scenario "win itself" without me doing anything. The Gripens kept orbiting until the trawlers reached the destination. I'm actually not sure if this is a scenario problem or the game engine problem. However, I see references to people enjoying the scenario in the Mods & Scenarios subforum, so I assume it did work at some point.

The issue is using LGB's in the cloudy weather. I'd contact the scenario author about this. He's a nice guy and enjoys when people interact with him.
