Not sure if this has been reported yet, and also not sure if it's reproduceable or how much it can be reproduced.

But when playing the GSA Campaign I noticed there were no launch facility graphics on base one turn, then the
next turn (or so) they were suddenly there.

I was not upgrading my Assembly Building at the time, or within a few turns of the bug.
So I know it was not simply a case of the launch pad being 'built.'

It was a week ago I experienced this so my memory is slightly foggy, but I'm somewhat sure that the launch
pad disappeared again another turn or two later (after appearing) as well.

Playing on Steam Version 1.1

Thanks for reporting this. See if you run into this issue again and, if you do, please give me more details (e.g., which pad was missing, the state of the VAB, etc) so that I can track down this issue.
