Is there some purpose on damaged tab in production screen? I mean it is always
empty. I could have dozens of tanks and planes damaged and they never show up at
that tab. A bug or known "feature"?

This column is used more by the Soviet player. It shows the capacity of damaged factories not actual equipment.
