Edit: Turns out it will run if you re-install it enough times and force-reinstall everything it depends on.

what version of win 10 beta you using?

10.0.9926 is from the January 23, 2015 release version, and what video card do you use?

as everything i've tried game wise atm works fine with it with AMD card installed and default windows drivers
