sudden font size change

Yesterday, I did a Windows update. This morning, I'm running my turn vs Cribtop and I see all these different font changes that I didn't do. See screen shot. The map is ok, but all reports are messed up. What did MicroSoft do to me and how to fix?? [:@]

Exactly the same here.
Its happened on both my installed games as well, so I'm assuming its a Windows update issue.

Guys, Is it just the in-game reports or have you noticed it anywhere else?

Still doing research. Found one note that some people (using Steam) noticed this in August after doing a bunch of Windows updates. Advice was to use the ClearType tuning tool.
You can go here and try following the instructions.

There is also this. If it fits your case, you might consider removing that particular patch until they re-issue it with a fix.

Uninstalling KB3013455 fixed my font issue. Now I can finish my orders. [8D]

You can also view the reports outside of the game in any program that can read .txt files. I use an editor program called UltraEdit that detects file changes from other programs and updates. So when I'm playing I have the files open in UltraEdit and then just switch to it at the end of a turn to view the reports.

Same here with Notepad++ (free & open source), although I almost always close the reports between turns anyway. It's much easier to read the reports in an editor than in-game and you can search for things too.
