[FIXED B676] Both Release Track and B674: Scenarios Freezing

Attached you find various scenarios of mixed complexity that freeze after a specific runtime. Usually it is sufficient to actually just start then, set time to 30 mins and wait until they freeze.
Appreciate your feedback!

I ran the two full scenarios a couple hours each game time and had no crashes. But the Ukraine is in sorry shape. Did you keep playing it even with all the weird messages in the message log? Didn't that clue you in that something might be amiss with the scenario itself? Did you try contacting the author?
btw, both scenarios are using way out of date databases.

Tested all of the provided files for a couple of hours game time (on 30min time compression and on realtime with me fiddling around with some of the units). Didnt experience any freezes.

The scenarios needed to be updated to the latest db's which likely caused several issues but there is some other stuff going on as well. We're definitely on top of this.
Scenarios look pretty cool too!

So what is the issue. I saw nothing except a screwed up scenario.

ESM detections from satellites, under certain conditions, can generate AoUs with latitudes of ridiculous values. Added a sanity check for the latitude values when generating and enlarging the AoUs and this issue did not re-occur.
