With my AMD R7 260 Desktop GPU (Omega Driver) this error is not there.
On my Laptop where the "bug" appears i made a fresh windows install on a ssd and then copied the existing CMANO Data from ext hdd

Could you try and install it normally and see if the issue reappears.

On two Desktop PC with different AMD cards there is no fault.
I think it has to do with my laptop. I will test it later but i think if nobody else has this problem you can ignore me ,)

After a fresh installation the glitch is gone.
